With 15 years of experience as a talent partner, executive recruiter, and operator, Kelsey specializes in talent planning, assessment, and executive search. Most recently, Kelsey spent her tenure at Sterling Partners, a multi-billion dollar investment firm, dedicated to supporting Sterling’s consumer and healthcare investments and incubators. In this role, Kelsey advised on talent strategy and led executive search efforts for board members and management teams.

With direct operating experience scaling startups pre and post acquisition (CBS College Sports Network and Trunk Club, A Nordstrom Company), investor side insights, and agency recruiting experience, Kelsey has been dedicated to building leadership teams that compliment and reinforce a compelling growth plan.

Kelsey received her Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
